Junior Designer
Description of Position:
The person in this position will assist in designing, hand sketching, modeling and delineating projects from initial site assessment & feasibility plans, through entitlements. Projects types vary from restaurant and retail, to educational, religious and rehab.
Duties:
Sketching, general Autocad drafting, modeling, Photoshop and hand rendering for various project types.
Required Skills:
Portfolio demonstrating HAND SKETCHES and design work MUST be sent with resume to be considered. Must have excellent graphic communication skills in multiple mediums (hand and computer). Also must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient knowledge of Autocad 2008 or above, Photoshop and Sketch-up.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Architecture preferred.

Draftsperson
Description of Position:

General Autocad drafting, modeling in Sketch-up, and Photoshop work for various project types.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills. Proficient knowledge of Autocad 2008 or above. Working knowledge of Photoshop amd Sketch-up. Minimum of one year experience in commercial / retail / restaurant architecture.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Architecture and currently engaged in IDP program.
